I have years of experience living in Italy and exploring the beauty of the country: I was born and raised in Italy, lived there for sixteen years and I’ve traveled back there twice a year since moving to the US. So, I’m thrilled to offer a range of services designed to maximize every aspect of your Italian adventure!

All the Details
Here’s all the details on the different levels of services I offer:
Customized Travel Itinerary: $249.99
This is my most popular service: it’s where we get together and plan your dream vacation, from start to finish. Together, we’ll pick your destinations based on your interests, look at hotels, attractions and restaurants. We’ll come out of the process with a customized itinerary (delivered as an ebook!) that you can take with you on your trip. I’ll be available to meet twice throughout the process to discuss your trip plans, and also on-call while you’re there in case you need the help of an Italian speaker for any emergencies. Here’s what’s included:
- 2 virtual calls to align on your itinerary: one at the beginning of the process and one halfway to review a draft itinerary
- One initial shared document with a draft itinerary, hotels/b&b recommendations, activities and attractions ideas and more – we’ll both be able to edit it!
- One final PDF featuring ALL of your trip information, broken down by day, in a pretty format!
- On-call help during your trip while you’re in Italy, for any questions or emergencies!
- Any help needed as a translator! I’m a pro at emailing back and forth with Italian hotels and venues.
Single City Travel Planning: $139.99
Only visiting one city? This service is exactly what you need! Similarly to the Customized Travel Itinerary, with this service we’ll draft your itinerary from start to finish, for whatever city you’ll be traveling to. We’ll have a call, we’ll review your draft itinerary and you’ll receive a final PDF with all of the info from your trip broken down by day.
Travel Logistics/Add-ons ONLY: $59.99
If you don’t need a full customized travel plan but need help figuring out transportation and logistics, this is the service for you! This level of service will be most helpful if you have an itinerary already planned out, but need a hand with using Italian transportation, figuring out which destination to see first etc. Come with your itinerary for me to review, and we’ll dive into the world of Trenitalia, Italo, low cost flights, ferries and subways! Together, we’ll find the itinerary that makes the most sense for your trip and saves you a few dollars, too.
You can also use this service for any add-on you’d like! Let’s say you have your trip all figured out, but you need help with certain aspects of your Italy trip, like a list of restaurants to check out, or recommendations for must-see landmarks in every city when you’re short on time, or help booking a specific activity (cooking class, boat tour, museum priority pass, etc). If all you need is a local’s advice, this is the service for you!
Note: add-ons and logistics help doesn’t come with a fully formatted PDF, but I’ll be sharing all of the details in a shared document that you’ll be able to view and edit as you like.
Honeymoons: $349.99
I would be HONORED to be trusted with your trip of a lifetime! Let’s work together to create the most romantic Italian honeymoon, no matter what your starting budget is. Similar to my Customized Travel Planning service, we’ll plan your trip from start to finish.
In addition, I can recommend a few activities based on your interests that will make your honeymoon as special as it should be. I can share the most romantic destinations, excursions and experiences for two: perhaps you’d like to sleep in a castle, go on a weekend wine tasting experience, take a luxury boat tour or hike up a volcano. Let me plan along with you and deliver a final ebook that you can take to Italy with you. I’ll also be on-call 24/7 to help with any last minute/emergency needs while you’re there, so you can enjoy your Italian dream vacation stress-free.

How it Works
Here’s how you book my services and how we plan your dream vacation:
- First, you send me a DM or email with your email address and we set up a free 15 minute call to discuss your ideal trip!
- Before the call, I will send you a quick Google form for you to fill out so I can get to know you better and we can set expectations for your trip.
- Next, we’ll meet on Google Meets and we’ll come out of the call with clear next steps!
- About 5-7 days after the call, I’ll send you a draft itinerary in a shared document. If you chose the Logistics or Add-On services, this is what you’ll walk away with! For the rest of my services, you’ll review the draft itinerary and send over your feedback. Did we talk about seeing the Alps but now you’d rather explore Tuscany? This is your time to change your mind!
- Once you send over your feedback, I’ll start working on your final itinerary. For Customized Travel Planning and Honeymoons, you’ll receive a full itinerary with recommended hotels, restaurants, excursions and activities! This is delivered to you as an ebook that you can take with you on your Italy trip.
- All that’s left for you to do is book the hotels and activities (which I can always help you with, for an additional fee!) and enjoy your trip!
